The Australian Wine Dinner Event at Monty’s, together with Everwise Wine Ltd.
The 27th of October, 2007 at 19h00.
The Wine tasting will be hold together with a tasting dinner, composed with a menu of four dishes, an aperitif with finger food and the following five different Australian fines Wines from the Everwise Wine Cellar:
1) Aperitif – Southern Cross Premium Brut, Sparkling Wine
2) Starter – Step Road Adelaide Hills, Sauvignon Blanc
3) Mushrooms Soup – Yring Station, Merlot
4) Steak – Kies Klauber Block, Barossa Valley, Shiraz
5) Dessert – Hungerford Hill, Griffith Botrytis, Semillon
This event with be organized together with Monty’s Steakhouse and Everwise Wine Ltd.
The price per person (including the food & wines) is Rmb 288.
