This event will pay the highest respect to the world's wine of celebration - champagne. Conducted in English, this Femme Fatale Exclusive will explore the luxurious sparkling wine and champagne culture with famous Houses such as Moet & Chandon, Bollinger, Veuve Clicquot and Taittinger, creating another level of decadence by matching the wines with David Laris's famous chocolates, made on sight at his Laris Restaurant. Starting Your Wine Journey

This workshop conducted in English, will provide you with everything you need to know in order to appreciate the wines you are tasting, and understanding how to judge its quality and character. The main styles of wine including Sparkling, White, Rose, Red and Sweet wines and understanding the basic characteristics of each through tasting and comparing will provide you with confidence to swirl, sip, and spit with a growing global wine community. This event, conducted in English is for lovers of white wine as a number of the world’s best regions and famous varieties are presented side by side, giving you the confidence to distinguish and choose the best wines to purchase at any price point. Rediscovering Red Wines

Aromas of violets and mushrooms to bigger, richer offerings filled with dark berries, spices and oak, the world of red wine is as diverse as the soil and climate from whence it came. Our love affair with reds will be presented in all its glory looking at famous regions and their varieties and what makes a great red wine different to one you wouldn’t even use for cooking. The Champagne & Chocolates Event will be held at the ultra cool, Laris Restaurant, along a marble bar top, with the others at one of my favourite food & wine bars, Otto, and the events as you know combine the best things about the things I love best, wine, food, great atmosphere, interesting guests and learning about wine through its language and experiences.
Please make sure you register asap as they book out, and also consider these events as an exclusive show for your company or VIP clients. They can be developed with any theme in mind or I can work in a wine angle to an existing event that adds colour, glamour and entertainment, while passing along key aspects about wine and its amazing culture.
