As ill be leaviving Shanghai end of august im looking for some one to replace me...
The flat is situated in jing an temple area, 8min walk far from the subway station. the area is pretty good youll find many shops, restaurant, transportation and gyms!
its a big flat of 140m2 with 3 bedrooms, a big living room, a kitchen and 2 bathroom (one is private). Obviously you ll find, internet with wireless, DVD tv, wash machine, dryer and aircond....and all the furnitures needed
The other roommate are cool and we are used to hang out together. There is daniel, chinese guy working for a french advertisement company, and alex a french guy working as a environemental engineer (kind of).
About the room, it is the smaller one, perfect for a student. the bed is a double one with a desk and lots of draw and furniture. the view is amazing as the flat is a the 27th floor
about the rent its 1500rmb/month with 2 months deposit
