I rent one bedroom (15m2) inside my 55m2 apartment, on XinHua road (ChangNing district) nearby DingXi road and Panyu Lu. 1800rmb/month. Other fees like electricity,water, gas etc needed share by us.
The apartment includes the following facilities: kitchen, bathroom, wc, washing machine, internet access (+75rmb/month).

The location of this apartment is really convenient (nearby Yan'An Xi road subway station), a big LianHua supermarket is just downstairs, a CitySupermarket is 5 minutes walk. A MOB gymnasium, a movie theater, markets, restaurants and bars (Logo, C's, Yuyintang...) are also nearby this place.
